We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day field operations on a commercial construction project in the Columbia, SC area. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and schedule performance.

• Manage all on‑site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct daily site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Monitor quality control and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
