Packaging Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Creative Designer to join our client's dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts that align with brand strategies and marketing objectives. Your expertise will span across various digital and print media, ensuring that each project communicates effectively and resonates with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will possess previous packaging design experience, a strong foundation in graphic and digital design, combined with technical proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, primarily Figma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing materials, digital content, and advertising campaigns that meet client specifications and project goals.
• Design engaging visual assets including logos, illustrations, motion graphics, layouts, and typography for various media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to produce compelling content that enhances brand identity and supports strategic initiatives.
• Prepare design files optimized for print production, digital deployment, and prepress processes while maintaining color accuracy and quality standards.
• Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and other tools to create high-quality visuals.
• Incorporate motion graphics and video editing techniques using Adobe After Effects or similar software to produce dynamic multimedia content.
• Manage content within content management systems (CMS) like Word Press and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Apply principles of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy to craft aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Conduct photo editing, photo manipulation, and digital art creation to enhance visual storytelling.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, technical specifications for print or web media, and industry best practices.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in package design, art direction, branding development, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects and video editing skills.
• Experience with content management systems like Word Press for website updates and maintenance.
• Expertise in print design processes including layout design for magazines, brochures, signage manufacturing, and print advertising.
• Familiarity with digital art creation tools for photo editing, photo manipulation, and digital illustration.
• Ability to prepare production-ready files following prepress standards including color management and file formats.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative concepts clearly to clients or internal teams.
• Technical proficiency in sign manufacturing processes or production design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography principles across various media types.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies to produce effective marketing designs that engage target audiences.
