Part-Time Music Director - Republican Baptist Church
Description:
Republican Baptist Church, located in Edgefield County, SC, is seeking a Part-Time Music Director to help lead our congregation in worship and ministry. We are a growing community committed to sharing the Gospel, building disciples, and showing the love of Jesus Christ. We are looking for someone who has a heart for worship, enjoys working with people, and desires to use their musical gifts in ministry.
- Lead and coordinate music for Sunday worship services
- Work with the choir and other musicians to prepare worship music
- Select music that complements the message and direction of the service
- Lead regular choir rehearsals
- Coordinate music for special services and church events as needed
- Work collaboratively with the pastor and church leadership
- Encourage and develop the musical gifts of members within the church
Qualifications:
Previous church music or worship leadership experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate musical ability, dependability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to Christian ministry.
