Hiring Range: $42,000 - $55,000 annually (commensurate with directly applicable experience)

Our Individual Medical team serves brokers and agents by providing dedicated, experienced business sales consultations to individual medical professionals. As an Individual Medical ICHRA Service Representative
, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support by ensuring the successful completion of ICHRA enrollment applications with appropriate carrier partners as well as providing service solutions regarding submissions, payments, and other post-enrollment needs that arise.
- Consult and Communicate: respond to all agents, reps, and members regarding ICHRA, additional enrollments, coverage clarifications, products, carrier regulations, billings, and claims; serve as the liaison between the agent, group administrator, vendor and carrier to ensure that all parties take the appropriate actions within specified time frames; at the advisor’s request, work directly with client or member to resolve service issues; regularly communicate with manager concerning advisors’ escalated problems and concerns;
build positive working relationships with sales reps, advisors, carrier partners, and internal staff to influence retention - Organize and Track: record all actions with agents, groups, sales representatives, and carriers; log and track service tasks utilizing department platforms to ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer services skills including professional telephone manner and positive customer-service attitude with the ability to work with difficult people and issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook); general knowledge of database systems is desired
- Demonstrated proficiency in all parts of position within four months
