Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Client Service and Operations Associate role is based in Columbia, SC. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong communication with clients. The role also involves handling operational tasks related to financial services and assisting in the smooth execution of the firm’s processes and services.
Qualifications- Demonstrated skills in Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of financial concepts and practices in the Finance industry
- Ability to maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset
- Proficiency in office software and familiarity with industry-specific tools is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is an advantage
