Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted resource for our Spanish-speaking members and help us foster a community of financial success and accessibility. Your day-to-day duties include assisting members with inquiries and transactions in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and understanding in every interaction. You will address member needs efficiently, whether that involves account inquiries or resolving issues. Engaging with members over the phone, you’ll deliver personalized service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

You’ll also collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and uphold our standards of excellence. Regularly updating your knowledge of our products and services is essential, allowing you to provide accurate information and recommendations.
