A company is looking for a Concierge Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers while adhering to service standards Assist members with benefits and healthcare questions Document all calls received in a system-based call log
Required Qualifications Minimum high school diploma/GED; 2 years of college or higher education preferred One year of customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-related role Medical intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience preferred Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus Knowledge of provider organizations and networks is beneficial
