Responsibilities
- Execute order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or an assigned group of products.
- Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising.
- Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.
- Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Team Leader and/or Professionals.
- Ensure that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.
- Associate’s degree or high school diploma, combined with relevant practical experience.
- Experience in customer service, order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain-related activities.
- Good understanding of customer service processes and logistics workflows.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
