State of South Carolina seeks a Bilingual Unemployment Insurance Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from claimants, employers, and other stakeholders. You will provide guidance in line with agency guidelines and document actions taken in the claims system.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required; a High School Diploma and at least one year of call center experience are expected, with a Bachelor’s degree substituting for some experience.
