AMAROK is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to deliver top-tier support to internal and external customers. The role requires fast typing (60–80 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a Monday–Friday 9am–6pm shift in Columbia, SC.
You will triage service needs, generate work orders for technicians, monitor ETA requests, and provide educational materials. A minimum of two years in tech support or related fields is expected, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
