Location: Columbia
US Tech Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Columbia, SC, for a 3-month right-to-hire position. The role includes replying to customer inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring effective customer relations. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in customer service or claims, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle stress.
Training will be provided for approximately 6-8 weeks, and the work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
