The YMCA of Greenville is hiring a Part-time Member Services Associate II to welcome members, guests and program participants and respond to their needs. This role focuses on promoting memberships and programs and delivering excellent service in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities include handling member concerns, processing memberships, and supporting a positive, mission-driven environment. Weekday availability (Mon-Fri 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm) is required.
