Job Summary
Automotive service advisors greet customers, listen to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required and prepare repair orders. If a vehicle requires additional repairs not covered in the original order, they estimate the additional cost and telephone the customer for permission to do the work. They also advise customers on other available services.

Core Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
- Greet customers and inspect their vehicle
- Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs
- Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work
- Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
- Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer to assure all concerns are addressed
- Maintain high CSI scores and provide a completely satisfying customer experience
Requirements
- Experience is preferred
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
- A positive attitude, good customer service, and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Good work ethic, computer skills, professional appearance
- MVR & Background screening
- Valid in-state Driver's License
- Two forms of Government-issued (Driver License, Social Security Card)
