Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure smooth shift operations and a great customer experience. You will engage customers, guide daily operations, uphold site standards, and step in to lead the team when management isn’t on-site to support staff and customers.
As a Shift Lead, you’ll greet customers, answer questions about services and memberships, promote unlimited wash plans, and educate newcomers on wash packages.
