Job Summary

The Workplace Benefits (CWB) Representative supports the contact center by servicing customers through inbound/outbound calls and emails. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to detail, excel in communication, and possess strong problem-solving skills. The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while assisting with a variety of service functions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer experience via incoming telephone calls in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume contact center environment.
  • Handle caller requests efficiently, accurately, and professionally with ownership and timeliness.
  • Build rapport and respond to customers compassionately, meeting expectations in a respectful and timely manner.
  • Navigate multiple systems/applications to research, analyze, and resolve requests & inquiries.
  • Maintain performance and quality standards.
  • Analyze information to make sound decisions and solve problems while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Learn basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and products offered to CWB customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Work 40 hours per week on scheduled shifts between 7am–8pm CST; overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Assist with special requests and complete additional tasks/projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or pursuit preferred.
  • 1–3 years of insurance background experience.
  • Customer-focused mindset with dedication to exceptional service.
  • Previous high-volume contact center experience with decision-making and problem-solving preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with a service-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, multi-application navigation, and multitasking.
  • Accountability and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
