About the RoleAt North American Title Loans, our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) play a vital role in helping customers access the financial assistance they need with honesty, efficiency, and care.
As a CSR, you'll support customers through every step of the loan process-from answering inquiries and evaluating vehicles to managing loan accounts and performing daily communication such as payment reminders and courtesy calls.

Schedule: - Monday to Friday:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Closed on Sundays!
- 6 Paid Holidays Per Year
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (eligibility begins on the 91st day of employment)

- General Requirements:
- Must be able to work full time
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
