$5,000 Sign on Bonus – paid after 60 days.
Compensation: $45–$52+/hr, includes Hygiene bonus plan.
Schedule: 4‑day work week (Monday–Thursday, 7:45 am–5 pm).

- A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
- CPR certification.
- Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x‑ray machine.
- Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
- Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
- Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
- Successfully complete scaling and root planning and/or prophylaxis.
- Excel at placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
- Serve as a point of escalation for patient and team relations.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.
- Current RDH licensure for South Carolina.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
