$5,000 Sign on Bonus – paid after 60 days.
Compensation: $45–$52+/hr, includes Hygiene bonus plan.
Schedule: 4‑day work week (Monday–Thursday, 7:45 am–5 pm).

• Ability to empathize and provide top‑notch, positive patient care while connecting with a diverse patient base.
• A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
• CPR certification.

• Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x‑ray machine.
• Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
• Successfully complete scaling and root planning and/or prophylaxis.
• Excel at placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
• Serve as a point of escalation for patient and team relations.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.

• Current RDH licensure for South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
