What are the must haves to join the team?
  • Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive, patient care while connecting with
    our diverse patient base.
  • A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
Responsibilities

As part of our collaborative team, you'll partner with patients and providers to educate on oral health and the mouth-body connection, bringing your expertise to bear in these key areas:

  • Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
  • Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
  • Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
  • Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
  • Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
  • Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
  • Build trust as a bridge between patients and team, fostering positive relationships and advocating for excellent care experiences.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.
Qualifications
  • Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program.
  • Current CPR Certification.
