Are you looking for an opportunity to help others improve their oral health? As a Dental Front Office Coordinator, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.

At Orangeburg Dentistry we are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

From first contact at Orangeburg Dentistry, our dentists are committed to patients individual attention and strive to provide personalized oral health care tailored for a patients unique dental needs and goals. We work hard to create the ultimate stress-free and comfortable dental experience.

Schedule:

Great schedule with NO weekends!

  • Monday: 7:45am - 5:00pm
  • Tuesday: 7:45am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday: 7:45am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday:7:45am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 7:45am - 1pm (2x per month)
  • Saturday:
    Off
  • Sunday:
    Off
Responsibilities

The Front Office Coordinator should:

  • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
  • Comfortable with a busy environment
  • Efficient and effective multi-tasker
  • Develop productive schedules
  • Manage patient documents and records
  • Comfortable with dental insurance pland
  • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience working in Dental, or related medical field
  • Experience with insurance and billing
  • Customer service experience, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Dental Terminology
  • Knowledge of Treatment Planning and Dental Procedures
  • Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
  • Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or Mac Practice
