. We're a tight-knit team poised for continued growth, seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Dentist to serve as our sole provider
.

Daily Guarantee: $1,100 per day for the first 90 days

Compensation: 32% of collections after the daily guarantee period, supported by the practice's excellent 98%+ collection rate

Expected Earnings: $175,000–$300,000 annually

This is a full-time, sole-provider opportunity where you'll take the lead clinically as the practice's only doctor, with the autonomy to shape patient care your way while being supported by an experienced, efficient team.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• One half-day Friday per month
  , 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

In this role, you'll:

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry to a broad patient population
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight as the sole doctor
• Build trust and rapport with patients through excellent communication and chairside manner
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth, efficient schedule and a positive patient experience
