Senior Landscape Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Designer to lead high-end residential design-build projects with direct ownership of client engagement, design development, and project closure.

This is a hybrid design and sales role — not a purely creative design position. The ideal candidate is a confident, client-facing professional who can guide homeowners through the full lifecycle of a project, from the initial consultation through concept development, presentation, and signed agreement.

You will play a direct role in driving revenue, generating backlog for installation teams, and creating exceptional outdoor living environments for estate-level residential clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and estate-level clients to understand project goals, design vision, lifestyle needs, and budget expectations
• Develop custom residential landscape concepts, outdoor living spaces, and detailed site layouts tailored to each client
• Create polished 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations that clearly communicate design intent
• Lead client presentations and consultative sales conversations with confidence and professionalism
• Close high-end residential landscape projects typically ranging from $50K–$100K+ in value
• Generate consistent project backlog by converting active opportunities into signed contracts
• Manage multiple active client opportunities while maintaining responsiveness and high service standards
• Collaborate closely with installation and field teams to ensure accurate execution of approved design concepts
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in design processes, customer experience, and sales performance
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the full project lifecycle
