Project Manager - Industrial

Project Manager – Industrial Team, Greenville Office

You will collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to bring visionary architectural concepts to life.

• Work side by side in a team environment with clients, consultants, design leaders, architects, interior designers, urban planners, and emerging professionals on active production projects
• Prepare strategic plans and serve as the primary contact with clients
• Handle contract negotiations, billing, AR, and perform close‑out and archiving duties for projects
• Manage budgets, schedules, and programs, including team assignments, estimating fees, determining scope of work, and proposal preparation
• Facilitate and seal contract documents as the Architect in Responsible Charge, coordinating and obtaining sign‑off from quality assurance, studio, and client leadership for all required tasks
• Develop design assignments throughout all project phases
• Coordinate architectural drawings across disciplines
• Support communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Play an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality, and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm’s strategic priorities

• Technical production skills and demonstrated ability to produce design and construction documents
• Proficiency in Revit preferred
• Understanding of relevant codes (state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA)
• LEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation preferred
• Collaborate closely with Project Architect to facilitate internal design team leadership

• Registered Architect with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a NAAB‑accredited university
• 8+ years of design experience preferred
• Experience in the Industrial market preferred
