This role offers a balance of inpatient, outpatient, and procedural work with a supportive team environment. Position Highlights

Location:

Near Columbia, SC. Dates of Coverage:
January 610, 2025 February 714, 2025 March 714, 2025 April 1118, 2025 May 29, May 59, and May 2330, 2025 Additional dates through October 2025. Shift

Schedule:

Standard shifts (including on-call) with a mix of day and night hours. Role Details Case Load:
Approximately 10 cases per day. Team Support:
Collaborate with five physicians, three advanced practice providers, and a dedicated OR team with CRNA support. Facility Types:
Work across an acute care hospital, outpatient clinic, and a freestanding GI center. Procedures and Skills Required Procedures:
Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy Esophageal dilatation/manometry and interpretation Small bowel biopsy Lower GI endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy with biopsy/excision of polyps Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) Preferred Advanced Procedures: ERCP Liver biopsy Foreign body removal and banding of varices Qualifications Licensing:
Must hold or be willing to obtain a South Carolina medical license (licensing support available).

Certifications:

ACLS, BLS, and DEA required.

Experience:

Two years of post-training experience preferred. Charting System:
