Gastroenterology Physician

Required Skills:

Board Certification in Gastroenterology

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

Proficiency in upper endoscopy and colonoscopy

Experience with adult patient consultations

Valid South Carolina medical license

DEA certification

BLS and ACLS certifications

Knowledge of EPIC EMR system

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with outpatient endoscopy procedures

Ability to adapt to floating between multiple facilities

Additional procedural experience (beyond ERCP/EUS, which are not required)

Preferred

Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

At least 2 years of post-residency experience in gastroenterology

Other Requirements:

Clear professional background with no past legal or licensing issues

Possession of all relevant certifications and licensures before start date

Willingness to work full-time hours with no travel required beyond billable travel arrangements

This position offers a competitive flat-rate daily compensation of $6,460, equating to an hourly rate of approximately $546.00, based on a 10-hour workday.
