Key Responsibilities Independently write comprehensive and accurate clinical notes Utilize specialty-appropriate documentation templates and ensure compliance with U.S. standards Complete documentation in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Required Qualifications Medical Doctor (MD or DO) degree from an accredited institution Active U.S. medical license (any state) Board certification in a relevant specialty Minimum of 2 years of independent clinical practice experience post-training Current knowledge of U.S. clinical workflows and documentation standards
