- Prior experience working children preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- First aid training preferred.
Assists the principal and other certified staff in maintaining safety
Supervise and direct students as they enter and leave the lunch areas
Supervise students white in the lunchroom seating and serving areas
Assists the principal in maintaining an orderly lunch distribution system
Directs movement of groups to and from the authorized playground areas
Reports all unsafe conditions to the principal
Performs other related duties as assigned by the principal that may be required due to special conditions of the lunch program
Length of Employment:Student school year, but only on days when lunches are served
Hours of Employment:Approximately 2-2.5 hours per day. Hours will vary by building.
