Job DescriptionThe role is a part-time adjunct coaching position at Spartanburg School District One. The coach will provide coaching, conditioning and training for students, including spring and summer conditioning, camps and other activities as directed by the athletic director.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement coaching plans for student-athletes.
- Lead conditioning programs and summer camps.
- Coordinate with the athletic director on schedules and activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Experience as a coach preferred.
- Proven success in coaching and leading school athletes.
- Availability to conduct spring and summer conditioning, camps, and related activities as determined by the athletic director.
