This is a 190 day position. This position is for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

Schedule:
Teacher Salary
- Provide specialized instruction and support for students with disabilities in Behavior Support Programs, including academics and/or functional skills as required.
- Utilize effective behavioral strategies such as level systems and visual schedules to support students" participation in the general education setting.
- Supervise and properly utilize one or more teaching assistants as part of the instructional team.
- Certification requirements:
Emotional Disabilities - Multi-Categorical
- Generic SpEd (no longer issued but acceptable as long as teaching certificate has current validity)
- Experience with emotional disability and behavior support; strong classroom management and experience with moderate to severe behaviors preferred
- Must become certified in CPI and follow district procedures related to the use of CPI techniques
