Education and Experience
- PhD in History (or a related field) with demonstrable experience teaching and researching the history of the founding documents of the United States government, specifically the U.S. Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Federalist Papers, Emancipation Proclamation, and documents of the African American Freedom Struggle.
- Interest in shaping civics education for the 21st century.
- ABD candidates welcome;
PhD must be conferred by the start date of August 16 2026.
