Job DescriptionRequirements: ED or Multi-Categorical Certification required. Emotional Disability specialty. Candidates should have strong classroom management skills and experience with moderate to severe behaviors preferred.
Position Details: 190-day school year. Full‑time. Pay
Schedule:
Teacher Salary. Certified in CPI and following all district procedures related to the use of CPI techniques. Requires supervision and proper utilization of one or more teaching assistants.
Responsibilities: Behavior Support Programs provide specialized instruction and support for students with various disabilities experiencing behavioral or social‑emotional difficulties that interfere with participation in general education. Provide specialized instruction and support for academics and/or functional skills. Employ effective behavioral strategies such as level systems, visual schedules, and other techniques.
