- New graduates: reference from cooperating teacher & supervising professor
- Experienced teachers: reference from most recent supervisor
- Negative TB test result less than 1 year old: upload if available or upload statement will be provided at new hire orientation.
- Current OCSD employees may upload this statement: "I am currently employed with OCSD. TB Test is on file."
- TB Test result must be submitted at new hire orientation (no exceptions).
