Job Responsibilities
Will work directly with program directors in planning and organizing the academic course scheduling. Advises the faculty and students of guidelines and policies within the various programs including procedures, special clearances, program forms, course curriculum and scheduling etc.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Knowledge of USC policies and procedures related to student information, grading, and course curriculum.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Dropbox, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with USC systems such as Banner, Class Climate, and Data Warehouse, or willingness to complete training upon hire.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of constituents and the general public.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
• Must have excellent working knowledge of university academic calendars, student curriculum issues, and of university administration and systems.
