Political Science Adjunct Instructor

Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences seeks to fill Political Science adjunct instructor positions to begin Summer for the  academic year.

Applicants are expected to share their knowledge with students through teaching day and/or evening classes, using technology and various teaching methods.

• Teach courses at multiple campuses (Berkeley, Dorchester, Mount Pleasant, Palmer, and Thornley)
• Use Brightspace learning management technology throughout instruction
• Deliver face‑to‑face American Government courses

• Minimum a master’s degree in political science, or a master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in political science
• Unofficial transcripts showing minimum requirements must be submitted with the application
• Prior college‑level teaching experience preferred
• Proficiency with learning management systems and publisher platforms is a plus
