Middle School Faculty

Ben Lippen School is seeking middle school teachers (grades 5-8, various subject areas available) for the  school year.

A Ben Lippen middle school teacher is responsible to:

• teach up to six middle school classes per day.
• collaborate with other division/department members to supervise and implement the programs of Ben Lippen School.
• perform any other non-teaching duties as assigned by the middle school principal.

The ideal candidate for a middle school teaching position should possess:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in subject area (or in a closely related field).
• Dedication to biblical integration in classroom lessons and activities.
• Content mastery and understanding.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively, teach with excellence, and create an engaging, relational, and joy-filled learning environment for students.
• A clear desire and ability to teach in a student-centered, problem-based learning environment.
• Demonstrate excellence in planning, teamwork, and communication.
  
  We are looking for teachers who are willing to be creative, have a strong work ethic, can think "outside the box," and can work effectively as part of a team.
• Be of strong Christian faith and have a passion for serving children and families through the high calling of Christian education.
