Education and Experience
- Applicants must possess a Ph.D. degree in business administration or a closely related discipline by the start date of employment.
- As the duties of this position will include teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels and internationally recognized research, applicants must demonstrate either potential for or a proven record of excellence in research and teaching as evidenced by publications in top academic outlets and by a strong disciplinary and regional/country area of expertise applied to understanding international business phenomena at the organizational and/or institutional level.
- High priority areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, issues of comparative corporate governance, business and society, international strategy and institutions, IB and entrepreneurship and issues of AI and digital platforms intersecting with IB, such as in the disruption of conventional notions of global strategy, global value chains, political risk, as well as financial and information systems.
- Additional regional expertise in emerging markets, for instance, Southeast Asia, India, Latin America or Africa, is appreciated.
