FBC Darlington is seeking a Discipleship Pastor to join the pastoral leadership and elder team. The role emphasizes multi-generational discipleship, mentoring mature followers of Christ, and outreach locally and globally.
The position requires 3–5 years in church ministry (or equivalent leadership), biblical/theological education preferred, and strong relational leadership. Reports to Senior Pastor; full-time with 40–50 hours/week expectations.
