Assigned 2026 - 2027 Annual Supplement: $1,400.00

Spaulding Middle School Available: 2026 - 2027 School Year

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina teaching credential preferred
• Secondary certification preferred
• This position may include teaching responsibilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience at the middle/high school level in motivating and developing a championship level program
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a visible commitment to student athletes, community, and instructional leadership while promoting positive character and school spirit
• Have experience and innovative ideas in and out of season (in compliance with SC High School League regulations) regarding the volleyball program
• Demonstrate the ability to motivate, relate, work with, and maximize the individual potential of middle school students on and off the court
• Demonstrate high energy and be able to work well with others
• Performs other duties as assigned
