Position Title:
Student Ministry Administrative Coordinator
The Student Ministry Administrative Coordinator will work with the Next Gen Ministry Director and Student Ministry team to provide administrative leadership and support in the ongoing operations of high-level ministry to students and families. The Student Ministry Administrative Coordinator will also actively provide ministry to students, parents, and Adult Volunteer Leaders.

Instigate and protect the 10 Characteristics of CATM’s Leadership Culture. - Collaboration:
Work with the CATM staff team at-large to create & promote unity and collaboration within the staff. - Stewardship:
Display good stewardship in managing Student Ministries’ resources in a manner that supports CATM’s vision and the master SM plan. - Demonstrates a personal lifestyle consistent with the beliefs of CATM.
- Alongside pastoral staff, actively lead in the planning and/or facilitation of Student Ministry team meetings.
- Actively lead in the coordination of ministry operations across all campuses.
- Actively contribute to the development and effective facilitation of excellent weekly programming that supports the master spiritual growth plan for students.
- Assist in the management and support of Adult Volunteer Coaches and Leaders.
- Manage tasks related to Data Analytics systems, including the recording and reporting of weekly programming metrics.
- Oversee supply systems vital to programming, including the planning, purchasing, and organization of weekly supply needs.
- Work with the Student Ministry team to ensure all setup needs are met for Student Ministry weekly / monthly programming (Wednesday PM, Sunday AM, Leadership Meetings, Baptism 101, etc.)
- Oversee and manage Middle and High School Student Internship program, including leader development for all interns.
- Manage assimilation process and coordinate Student Ministry staff/leaders on follow up
- Process first-time guest cards to ensure necessary follow up with students.
- Assist in maintaining important data on students and families in church database
- Assist in the management of Student Ministry budgets.
- Work with Pastoral staff and Next Gen Director in the creation, management, and reconciliation of event budgets.
- Assist in communications with adult leaders, student leaders, parents, and students at-large
- Work with the Comm Team to coordinate social media, design, print, and other media needs.
- Coordinate staff facilitation of School Ministry Plan. Oversee scheduling of school ministry events.
- Coordinate school related banquets and outreach events.
- Assists in all areas of planning and executing SM special events (camps, retreats, Girl’s Ministry events, Graduate Recognition, milestone events, banquets, etc.) & other Next Gen events / projects.
- Manage Master Planning Documents for the Student Ministry team.
- Offer ministry support to Student Ministry pastoral staff across campuses, as needed.
- Weekly Staff Meetings (4-6 hrs per week)
- Ensure exceptional care of Student Ministry facilities.
- Any additional responsibilities as directed by the Next Gen Director, Next Gen Pastor, or other pastoral staff.
- Relationship Building:
Ability to build healthy relationships with staff, students, parents, and volunteer leaders. - Communication:
The ability to effectively share information in various ways within the ministry (staff, volunteers, parents, & students), and promote the ministry at large to the church & community. - Leader Development:
The ability to encourage and empower leaders to serve the ministry’s mission. This competency involves effective delegation while maintaining and prioritizing self-growth. - Time Management:
