• Hold a current teaching certificate in Special Education (or eligible for certification)
• Previous experience teaching in special education is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and related documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Develop and adapt instructional materials to meet individual student needs
• Deliver engaging lessons that accommodate various learning styles
• Manage and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess student progress, maintain records, and report updates to parents and staff
• Foster social and emotional growth alongside academic achievement
• Coordinate with colleagues, therapists, and families for comprehensive student support
