This unique position starts at 1:00 p.m. allowing you to sleep in a little later or run errands in the morning before the workday.
PrimaryJob Duties Include
- Develop and implement efficient procedures for scheduling exams, including regular exams, midterms, final exams, and make-up exams.
- Collaborate with academic departments to gather exam schedules, specifications, and any special accommodations required for students.
- Ensures the integrity and security of all tests and exams.
- Supervises the Test Proctor responsible for frontline Testing Center operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding exam scheduling inquiries, conflicts, and special requests.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to resolve scheduling conflicts and address concerns.
- Regularly evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the exam scheduling process.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in exam scheduling and implement relevant improvements.

Education and Experience
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
- Possess legible writing, accurate spelling, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- To be dependable and punctual.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a multicultural/multi-ethnic environment.
