Sumter School District is seeking a Learning Support Specialist Paraprofessional. The candidate will assist teachers in elementary settings, maintain a positive learning environment, and support reading and math interventions. Requires an Associate's degree or higher, 60 credits toward a degree, or passing Praxis Para Pro/Work Keys.
Three years of elementary experience is highly desired. The role reports to the Principal and covers 185 days of service with a pay rate of $14.88 to $23.80 per hour.
