Job Title:

Teacher Assistant

Qualifications:

• Required documentation for High Qualified status as a teacher assistant
• Proficient in the use of instructional technology
• Lead weekly elective classes that provide students with engaging, hands-on opportunities to explore a variety of topics and interests.
• Implement the provided curriculum and resources with fidelity while creating meaningful learning experiences.
• Serve students across all grade levels, adjusting activities and support to meet developmental needs.
• Foster a positive environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and active participation.
• Coordinate with teachers and school leadership to connect enrichment opportunities with broader school goals.
• Prepare materials, organize learning spaces, and maintain effective classroom management and student supervision.
