• Proven experience or a strong practicum background as a Special Education Teacher in K-12 settings
• Familiarity with creating and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
• Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude

• Develop and deliver differentiated instruction aligned with students’ unique IEP goals
• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate academic, social, and behavioral progress
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student development

• Maintain accurate records for compliance and parent communication
