Whetstone Academy is seeking a dedicated Middle School Math and Science Teacher to join our passionate team. This position requires a qualified individual to provide specialized instruction and support to students in grades 5-9 with diverse learning needs.

• Provide direct instruction and support in math and science
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and assistive technology to meet the needs of diverse learners
  
  Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in special education

• Experience working with middle school students with diverse learning needs
