Job Responsibilities
This Adjunct Instructor position teaches Phlebotomy theory and practice. This individual will lecture, demonstrate, supervise simulation, and assist with clinical placement. Other duties include:
- Managing attendance, grading, equipment and supplies inventories
- Other administrative tasks associated with teaching
Be organized, prepared and student-centered to meet the standards of the college.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsCompletion of a Phlebotomy Technician program and holding a national certification in Phlebotomy with at least 3 years of work experience.
Preferred QualificationsAssociate’s degree with prior higher education teaching experience.
