Qualifications:Certification in curriculum area. Master’s Degree and/or successful teaching experience in curriculum area. Bachelor’s Degree in a core content area is required. Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience in K-12 settings. Proven ability to integrate curriculum, instructional practices, and digital learning tools effectively. Demonstrates experience in instructional coaching, professional development, or curriculum leadership.

Job Goal:To provide support to directly impact teaching quality, strengthen instructional systems, and produce measurable gains in student achievement. To also provide a support system that builds and supports teacher's capacity through consistent, strategic and data-driven coaching cycles to impact continuous student academic growth.

Performance Responsibilities:

• Collaborates closely with classroom teachers, co-planning and co-teaching to support assessment, progress monitoring, individualized instruction, and using data to inform instruction;
• Supports classroom teachers in administering formative assessments, universal screening, and progress-monitoring tools;
• Collects, analyzes, and uses data (e.g., assessments, classroom observations, student work) to identify interventions and inform instructional planning;
• Assists teachers in evaluating the impact of instructional strategies and refining practices to improve student outcomes;
• Coordinates and provides ongoing, job-embedded, professional learning opportunities for teachers;
• Designs and delivers training sessions on integrating technology, using data effectively, and implementing instructional strategies;
• Facilitates workshops, small-group sessions, and individualized support for teachers to foster ongoing professional growth;
• Collaborates with teachers to enhance instructional practices in core-content subjects;
• Provides co-teaching, modeling, and mentoring to support content delivery and instructional effectiveness;
• Supports teachers using data to plan lessons, select and apply suitable evidence-based interventions, and make informed instructional decisions;
• Develops and implements action plans to integrate technology into daily instruction to foster student engagement and ownership of learning;
• Assists in planning and delivering differentiated instruction for diverse student populations, including students with disabilities and English Language Learners (ELLs);
• Provides resources, feedback, and strategies to help teachers address students' academic and social-emotional needs;
• Promotes and models effective use of digital tools to engage students and personalize learning;
• Supports teachers in using technology for assessment, feedback, and instructional deliver;
• Monitors and documents the effectiveness of instructional strategies and professional development initiatives;
• Uses feedback to refine coaching practices and ensure alignment with district and school goals;
• Facilitates weekly professional learning communities (PLCs) to share best practices and address common instructional challenges. Develops a clear model of coaching to support classroom teachers;
