Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to diverse student needs

  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment to foster student learning and development

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or an equivalent credential

  • Valid teaching certification/licensure in South Carolina, or the ability to obtain one

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Special Education Teacher

  • Strong skills in classroom management, IEP development, and adaptive teaching strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to pass background checks

  • Experience working in school settings

  • Physical stamina for maintaining a classroom environment
