Position

Description

Reporting to the Director of Incident Response, Education, and Compliance, the Education Specialist plays an important role in advancing the University’s efforts to prevent and respond to discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct through effective, accessible, and responsive education. The Education Specialist reinforces a culture of integrity, accountability, and care and supports the Office of Civil Rights & Title IX’s mission to create an environment where all people are treated with dignity and respect and have an equal opportunity to learn and work at a university free from discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.

The Education Specialist develops, implements, manages, and evaluates educational programs and resources for the University community. This includes institution-wide required education as well as targeted educational programming designed to address the needs of particular populations, units, or areas of the University.
