Temporary support role providing field coordination and oversight for ongoing construction activities during a high workload period. Focus is on daily execution, schedule alignment, safe work practices, and interfacing with Construction, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to keep work progressing without delays.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Steady, low drama demeanor with good situational awareness in the field.
• Comfortable making clear decisions and providing direction when needed.

• Previous nuclear experience.
• Experience with scaffold, rigging, or insulation oversight.
• Familiarity with work management systems or outage environments.

• 5–10 years of relevant industrial or power generation field experience.
• Equivalent project/people management experience acceptable.

• Construction Management or engineering degree preferred.
• Equivalent experience fully acceptable.

• Power generation, industrial construction, or heavy commercial/industrial environments.
• Nuclear experience is a plus but not required.

• Phone screen with hiring manager.
• In‑person or virtual interview focused on field execution, coordination, and problem solving.
• Quick turnaround due to temporary role needs.

• Goal: decision within 1 week of candidate contact.
