Vacuum Sales and Service Representative

Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Vacuum Sales and Service Representative to grow and support customers using industrial vacuum solutions in environmental and industrial settings. In this field-based role, you will prospect and manage accounts, perform on-site equipment demos, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting, and coordinate more complex service needs. You will train customers on safe, compliant operation while promoting environmental stewardship. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, customer-service skills, and diligence with safety, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage existing accounts for vacuum sales and services
• Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations, inspections, and preventive maintenance
• Diagnose vacuum equipment issues and coordinate or perform basic repairs
• Educate customers on safe, compliant, and efficient equipment operation
• Prepare quotes, service agreements, and related documentation
• Ensure all work follows safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to schedule work efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, service calls, and customer feedback
